Our Story
Loon Cyber Consulting was born out of a passion for helping businesses succeed online, regardless of their budget. In 2007, our founder, Trevor Barthel, took his first step into website design by volunteering to redesign a website for a local non-profit in Holdingford, MN. What began as a simple act of service soon evolved into a deeper commitment as he continued to volunteer his skills over the years, helping various organizations enhance their online presence.
By 2014, Trevor took on his first paying client and quickly realized that most individuals and small businesses struggled to navigate the complexities of websites and SEO. He also saw that many digital agencies charged prices that were simply out of reach for smaller businesses. Motivated by a desire to level the playing field, Trevor has clients of all sizes, but does specialize in working with businesses operating on restrictive budgets.
